What's the turnaround time?

Depending on your order, content will be sent to you for approval in 3-5 business days. Once the content has been approved, it will be 3-5 business days for the syndication to be processed.

Do I get to approve the content before syndication?

Yes. We will send the press release for approval and will NOT send it out for syndication until we receive approval.

How many live links do I get?

Our standard press releases get 300-400+ live links, and our premium press releases get 350-450+ live links.

My press release wasn't approved for syndication. Do I get a refund?

You will receive a partial refund for the syndication portion of your order. We do not refund the content portion of your order.

Can I make edits or retract a press release after syndication?

No. We can't edit or retract a press release once it’s been syndicated. It is imperative your 100% happy with the content you approve.

Can I use your syndication service and my own press release?

Yes. We can syndicate a press release you’ve provided us. Our standard terms will apply and we will syndicate the press release as you’ve sent it to us.

The difference between the two is the syndication networks we use for each type of press release. Our premium press releases are syndicated to high quality news sites and feature a company ‘About’ section in the content. Our standard press releases are created to be more SEO-based.
